He conceptualized a differentiated Zero Trust IAM platform designed to bridge that divide—one shaped by real-world challenges and sharpened through insight from Bell Labs collaborators.

Kelly Coffin is the founder and CEO of Proximia, where he leads the design and development of a next-generation identity and access management platform built from the ground up on Zero Trust principles. His work sits at the intersection of cyber and physical defense, having conceptualized and built a platform that unifies access control into a single, persistent, presence-aware authentication architecture.
Kelly's path to security came through engineering. As founder and CEO of WayFare Inc., he designed proprietary manufacturing systems integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components across regulated, IoT-heavy environments, building the company into a nationally recognized brand through to acquisition. It was there that he identified a critical gap: physical and digital security were disconnected in ways that created real risk, and no existing solutions adequately bridged them.
That insight drove him to build Proximia. Kelly assembled a high-caliber engineering team to develop Proximia Connect and the patent-pending XiFi® platform, applying engineering rigor and operational discipline to a problem most organizations had not yet solved. His background gives him a grounded, systems-level perspective on how security must function in real-world environments, not just in theory.

Tony Rosanova is a technology executive, security leader, and board advisor with more than 35 years of experience in financial services, enterprise technology, and operational leadership. During his career at Zoot Enterprises, he served in executive leadership roles including President, CTO and COO/CTO, helping scale global infrastructure supporting major financial institutions.
His expertise includes physical and logical strategy, identity and access management, security governance, financial services technology, regulatory compliance, operational risk management, and large-scale technology operations. Tony has led security and audit initiatives, implemented enterprise security protocols, and guided organizations through technology transformation and growth.
Currently serving as Chairman of the Montana Chamber of Commerce, Tony advises businesses and technology startups on security, governance, growth strategy, and operational excellence. He is particularly focused on identity-centric security, Zero Trust architectures, and helping organizations align technology investments with business outcomes.

Chip Dickinson is a technology and cybersecurity executive with over 30 years of experience spanning enterprise architecture, secure systems design, and digital transformation across highly regulated industries. His security leadership runs deep — nearly three decades as CIO, CISO and now CTO, he now leads the technical architecture of an identity and access management platform built on secure-by-design principles and continuous, presence-aware authentication. A holder of the Google Cybersecurity Professional Certificate, Chip has built his career delivering complex technology programs inside rigorous compliance environments — including HIPAA in healthcare and SOC 2 in his current work at Proximia.
At Adventist Health, an over $5 billion health system, Chip served as VP of Business Solutions and later as Digital Innovation Executive. He led a full-scale ERP modernization, migrating finance and human resources from a decades-old legacy platform to Oracle's cloud — work that earned him a place in the Oracle Global Leaders Program — and delivered enterprise AI and robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives, including an AI-based real-time decision-support solution for early sepsis detection at emergency-department triage. He executed these programs within a HIPAA-regulated environment and served on the health system's internal security council, which governed cybersecurity across the enterprise.
Earlier, as CxO of DEX (Data Exchange Corporation), Chip held combined CIO, CISO, CFO, and COO responsibilities — overseeing technology, cybersecurity, finance, and operations — across the company's global operations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia, and later served as President of DEX Systems, its enterprise-software subsidiary. He delivered ERP, supply chain, and CRM systems for a client base that included GE Healthcare, Philips, Siemens, Dell, Apple, and Cisco. DEX's quality and manufacturing facilities operated under multiple ISO certifications — ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 13485 (medical devices), and ISO 14001 (environmental management) — reflecting the audited, standards-governed discipline behind its work for the world's foremost healthcare and high-tech manufacturers.
A former member of the Adventist Health board of directors, Chip brings board-level governance perspective alongside hands-on operational and technical leadership. At Proximia, he leads the architecture of a platform that unifies physical and logical security, applying his cross-industry experience across healthcare, manufacturing, and high tech to identity and access management at enterprise scale.

Louie Foster is a computer scientist and platform strategist with over 20 years of experience architecting and scaling enterprise-grade platforms in highly regulated, security-critical environments. Holding degrees in both computer science and business, he operates at a technical depth beyond most product leaders, fluent enough in systems architecture, API design, and secure development to challenge engineering teams on design decisions while applying business acumen to align that technical vision with market demand, revenue strategy, and corporate goals.
As Executive Director of Product Management at RedSail Technologies, Louie led the design and delivery of next-generation software systems for the healthcare industry, an environment governed by HIPAA and SOC compliance requirements as well as Fortune 500 vendor security standards. The innovation was far enough ahead of existing frameworks that it required direct collaboration with federal and state agencies to modernize policy—ultimately influencing regulatory change across 34 states and improving patient access to critical care.
Louie's security expertise extends to the hardware and firmware level: he managed a point-of-sale platforms built on custom card reader firmware, a design decision that placed full PCI DSS compliance ownership—and the extensive secure development, code review, and testing rigor that comes with it inside his own organization rather than a certified vendor stack.
Earlier in his career, Louie redefined product strategy in the capital real estate sector by embedding AI and data intelligence into underwriting workflows and platform architecture, streamlining sponsor-capital matching engines and improving data transparency across complex investment networks.
Louie is known for bringing structure to ambiguity, translating technical vision into secure, compliant execution, and building product ecosystems that scale with both business demands and regulatory scrutiny.

Kevin Williams is a financial executive and compliance leader who has served as a founding member and CFO of Proximia since 2016. His background spans financial management, audit compliance, internal control oversight, and regulatory compliance management.
At Proximia, Kevin oversees financial controls, internal audit compliance, and governance processes that support the company's security-first operating model. His experience with internal control implementation and compliance program management brings operational rigor to the financial governance of a security-focused enterprise.
Prior to Proximia, Kevin served as CFO of WayFare Health Foods for over 15 years, where he built financial control frameworks and compliance programs across a growing organization. He holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.

Ron Stricklin is a growth-minded executive with a track record of leading teams, driving innovation, and helping Fortune 500 and government organizations navigate technology modernization. His career spans senior roles at EDS, C TAP, Cloudburst, and Zoot Enterprises, where he developed deep experience in enterprise deal execution, federal procurement, and large-scale technology adoption.
As Vice President of Sales at Proximia, Ron helps C-level leaders understand the shift from traditional, credential-centric authentication to Proximia's adaptive, presence-based identity verification, which reduces friction for users and strengthens overall security posture. His government and enterprise background gives him a working understanding of the compliance requirements, procurement processes, and security mandates that drive buying decisions in regulated environments.
Ron's leadership approach is rooted in curiosity, continuous learning, and a practical understanding of how identity impacts workflow, risk, and operational efficiency. While not a traditional cybersecurity practitioner, he has built his career working alongside security, IT, and business executives to modernize legacy stacks and adopt more resilient identity solutions. He is known for developing people, scaling teams, and fostering collaborative cultures that embrace forward-thinking change.
Ron continues to expand his expertise through industry engagement and ongoing study of emerging identity technologies, bringing a business-aligned perspective to the future of IAM.

Pat Sullivan is a business development executive with a hands-on background in cyber and physical security authentication. In 2019, Pat was the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Enviromental Systems Corporation, an integrator with a strong physical security presence and fwhile there founded ProveID, a password-free authentication platform built to address the convergence of cyber and physical security across healthcare, utilities, manufacturing, and financial services. ProveID combined biometrics, proximity controls, and IoT technologies to provide secure, real-time access to both computer systems and physical locations. Pat led the company as President for nearly four years before ProveID's technology was integrated into Proximia in 2024, at which point Pat joined Proximia as VP of Business Development.
Having founded and operated a cyber and physical security company, Pat brings practitioner-level understanding of enterprise authentication challenges, physical access control architectures, and the security requirements of regulated industries. He understands both the technology and the customer's perspective from the ground up.
Prior to founding ProveID, Pat spent nearly 11 years at Century 21 Real Estate in senior leadership roles, including National Vice President of Field Services, where he oversaw a team of five regional vice presidents and 65 field personnel. Earlier, he served as Regional Service Director at Realogy.
At Proximia, Pat leads the Partnership Program, combining his security industry experience with a long track record of building and scaling business development and channel relationships.

This hands-on experience paved the way for her transition into Product Management, where she took on a leadership role overseeing the full development life cycle of multiple software solutions.
As a Product Manager, Amber excels in driving project success through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused execution. Her ability to lead teams and align product development with business objectives ensures the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.
