As the founder and CEO of several remarkable companies, Kelly is steadfast in his commitment to innovation, seeking out and developing comprehensive solutions for complex real-world challenges. Graduating from the School of Engineering at Montana State University in Bozeman, Kelly's professional journey began with the establishment of ventures in heavy civil construction and real estate development, firmly anchoring his passion for pioneering breakthrough technology and new business development.
In 2004, a poignant family health crisis drove a pivotal shift in Kelly's trajectory, propelling him into the technology sector where he developed a revolutionary new method to create whole, plant-based foods. He went on to expand this technology, and in 2009, formed WayFare Inc., a leading plant-based food manufacturer. Kelly served as CEO until selling the company in 2019, when he founded Proximia.
Today, Kelly's visionary leadership drives forward groundbreaking advancements in proximity-based security solutions, as he endeavors to redefine the authentication landscape to meet the evolving needs of Zero Trust environments and beyond.

Kevin is an experienced and successful entrepreneur with a demonstrated track record of growing technology-driven companies from inception to multi-billion-dollar entities. Kevin recently created, spun out & sold RedSail Technologies to a private equity sponsor and, in doing so, created the largest provider of information systems and data services in the pharmaceutical technology sector. Prior to the RedSail, Kevin was president of Smith Technologies (representing the QS/1®, Integra®, PUBLIQTM, and PowerLineTM brands) and Chief Technical Officer of the J M Smith Corporation, a large multi-billion-dollar company and the 4th largest drug distributor in the US.
Prior to Smith Technologies, Kevin was CEO of Integra, which he founded and sold. Prior to Integra, Kevin was president of Shared Healthcare System (sold to OmniCare), CTO of Sun Healthcare Systems (one of the largest public senior healthcare providers), Director of R&D of Symantec Corporation (SYMC), and a Research Scientist at Genentech (sold to Roche). Kevin holds degrees in mathematics, computer science, operations research, and engineering management from Stanford University.

Chip is a driven, forward-thinking senior information technology executive with multi-industry problem-solving experience. Before Proximia, Chip joined Adventist Health as VP of Business Solutions, where he led the Business Transformation Program through an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) conversion from a 30-plus-year-old legacy system to a modern cloud-based system from Oracle. Chip then took on a new role as Digital Innovation Executive (VP), responsible for implementing an AI-based real-time decision support solution and robotic process automation (RPA). Before joining Adventist Health, Chip was a member of the Adventist Health board of directors for four years.
Prior to Adventist Health, Chip was the CxO for DEX (Data Exchange Corporation), a global high-tech repair and software solutions company. In this unique multi-functional role, Chip oversaw the technology (CIO), finance (CFO), and operating (COO) divisions of DEX worldwide. For almost three decades, Chip helped position DEX as the innovative leader in high-tech equipment repair and manufacturing. His expertise in efficiency and repeatable process engineering led to his appointment as President of DEX Systems, where he worked with customers to manage the complexities of global business environments while maximizing both top and bottom lines.

Kevin is a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record of steering organizations towards fiscal excellence. With an extensive background in financial management and a keen eye for strategic planning, Kevin is a founding member of Proximia and has served as CFO since 2016. Prior to Proximia, Kevin held the role of CFO for WayFare Health Foods for over 15 years.
Kevin's experience includes strategic planning, forecasting, budgets, cash management, financial efficiency, financial statements and reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, management accounting and reporting, audit compliance, internal control implementation oversight and compliance, and contract review. Heavily focused in finance, Kevin also has relevant experience in human resources and employee benefit legal compliance and management. Kevin holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.

Pat excels in navigating the crossroads of innovation and strategic partnerships, propelling growth and seizing emerging opportunities. With a proven history of fostering impactful relationships, Pat's career reflects an unwavering commitment to guiding organizations to new heights of success. In 2019, Pat assumed the role of President at ProveID, a groundbreaking cyber and physical security product revolutionizing authentication. By 2024, ProveID seamlessly integrated into Proximia's advanced technology suite, appointing Pat as Vice President of Business Development and spearheading Proximia's Partnership Program.
Before ProveID, Pat held the position of National Vice President at Century 21 Real Estate LLC. In this role, Pat played a key role in converting independent real estate companies to the C21 brand, overseeing the field servicing team with five regional vice presidents and leading a field team of 38 business consultants. Prior to Century 21, Pat served as the Managing Partner at COBS Homes, contributing significantly to business planning, capital development, and the launch of a national owner-builder services company. Pat's primary focus at COBS Homes centered on developing effective marketing and sales strategies.

With a proven track record of developing highly successful product portfolios, Louie has played a pivotal role in building up multi-million-dollar revenue streams for various startups. Notably, Louie has made substantial contributions to the long-term care pharmacy sector, revolutionizing workflow processes through innovative technological solutions. His visionary approach has left an indelible impact on modern pharmacy operations.
Louie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Business Administration, underscoring his comprehensive understanding of both the technical and strategic aspects of the IT world.

With a career focused on B2B technology products and services, Kirsten is an accomplished omnichannel marketer and events professional. She leverages her expertise in brand development, market segmentation, campaign management, lead generation, and customer loyalty to drive exceptional results. Kirsten's career began in an agency setting, where she managed public relations for consumer Microsoft products, marketing for the Florida Keys Department of Transportation, and orchestration of large-scale city-wide events.
In 2007, Kirsten joined Integra, later acquired by RedSail Technologies, as their Director of Marketing. There, she oversaw all GTM strategy and execution. During her tenure at RedSail, she advanced to Senior Director of Marketing, where she oversaw RedSail’s corporate brand and selected divisional brands and product lines. Kirsten is recognized for her creativity, efficient processes, and a proven track record of goal alignment, transforming ideas into highly successful programs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and International Business from Washington State University.

Previously contributing to various product lines at leading organizations such as Angi and RedSail Technologies, Toli demonstrates a commitment to day-to-day team management and long-term design and architecture.
His visionary approach and comprehensive understanding of engineering architecture play a pivotal role in shaping Proximia’s product direction. Toli holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Western Washington University.

Sedric's versatility in the software development lifecycle is evident in his hands-on approach, having actively contributed to architecture, design, requirements creation, front-end and back-end development, quality assurance, and deployment. Sedric holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Andrews University.
